Having a TikTok and a Spotify podcast about mood disorders allows us to connect with people in ways that feel natural and relatable to the young audience.
On TikTok, our goal is share helpful videos on mood disorder symptoms, understanding triggers, finding simple self-care ideas, how to help someone if they are struggling, coping strategies and many more . This platform also allows us to have real conversations and connect us with viewers in an interactive way.
The Spotify podcast, on the other hand, gives us space to go deeper, bringing in experts, sharing personal experiences, and offering practical tips for managing mental health.
By using these platforms, we’re making mental health education more approachable and breaking down the stigma, helping people feel seen, understood, and supported.
